**Job Overview**:
We are a small specialist case management company who support clients who have sustained life changing injuries. We are looking for an experienced executive assistant to work with the directors to develop and grow the business. The role will be office based in Barnsley so you can learn our values and understand how we support our clients.

You will play a key role in helping them make the best use of their time and your duties will be varied. For example, duties such as managing diaries, producing vital documents for medico legal teams, liaising with clients, therapists and support teams will be part of your working day. Because the role is diverse the key duties reflect this:
**Key duties**:

- Support the directors and ensure their time is used effectively
- Be proficient in diary management, liaising with clients, therapy, support, and medico-legal teams to ensure meetings are scheduled as requested
- Attend and undertake minuting of meetings, type up and distribute as requested
- Arrange suitable travel, transport and accommodation if needed
- Produce and format a variety of professionals documents such as letters and report
- Undertake research in services and resources as directed
- Maintain electronic records always ensuring strict confidentiality
- Be professional and courteous as the first point of contact, answering and directing calls as needed
- Assist with marketing and social media to help develop and grow the business

**Essential criteria**
- A minimum of three year’s experience supporting executives / directors
- NVQ / BTEC Level 3 in Business Administration
- Certificate in IT User Skills (ECDL Extra) or equivalent
- Proficiency in using the full Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based software
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format
- Skilled in time management, organising workloads and ensuring deadlines are met
- Able to prioritise work and keep calm under pressure
- Be approachable, work as part of a team and happy to ask for help
- Have a can-do attitude, be calm and take pride in your work
- Hold a valid UK driving licence with access to your own car so you can attend meetings as required
- Willing to work flexibly as the directors require which may include overtime

You will have 25 annual leave days plus bank holidays

The job will be part time 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 15:00 and permanent pending a successful probation period
