**The Role & Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator**:

- Inputting invoice data
- Checking purchase invoices against relevant orders
- Purchase and sales ledger
- Assisting with financial audits and controls
- Updating suppliers and customers accounts
- General administration duties to support the team
- Supporting the all round accounts function
- Customer support and answering queries

**Requirements of the Finance Administrator**:

- Previous use and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience and knowledge of Sage software
- Experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
