A fantastic market leading agent, looking for a Lettings Manager to join their office based in the beautiful town of Saffron Walden.
Responsibilities for this Lettings Manager role will include:

- Conducting market appraisals and listing properties
- Negotiating offers and move in dates with clients
- Overseeing the day to day running of the lettings business
- Coaching and supporting the lettings negotiators and property manager
- Reporting figures to senior management accurately and efficiently
- Helping grow market share
Skills & Experience for this Lettings Manager role:

- Previous lettings experience is essential for this role
- Great telephone manner, able to confidently liaise with landlords and tenants
- Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and reprioritise to meet timescales
- Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure, lead a team and work effectively as a team
