Clervaux Trust is an exciting and innovative Residential and Day Provision which supports residents and participants who have significant/complex social, emotional or educational difficulties.

Clervaux Rise works with adults with learning differences, who have completed their formal education, in order to support them on the path of becoming more independent, confident, gain qualifications and visibly contribute to the community. It is an approach that recognises the positive outcomes that can be achieved for each individual to reimagine their potential.

The Shop Lead and Work Experience Provider will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the shop, ensuring that services are delivered, managed and developed in line with Ruskin Mill Trust’s Vision, Values, Purpose & Method. The Shop Lead and Work Experience Provider will also be responsible for providing meaningful work experience and educational opportunities for students/participants at Clervaux.

**You must have**:

- Significant experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Experience of working in an education or other public sector environment.
- Experience of team leading or managing a small team
- Experience of shop working, ideally as a supervisor or Shop Manager.
- Experience of working with young people and vulnerable adults who have developmental delay/ learning disabilities including ASD/ social and emotional behavioural difficulties and implementing strategies to support their welfare.
- A full clean driving licence
