Exciting Opportunity for a Driver/Valeter in Bristol

Join our team at U-Drive in this permanent position offering an attractive £10.92 per hour. We are seeking customer service-focused individuals with a full UK driving license, ready to confidently handle a variety of vehicles. No prior experience? No problem Comprehensive training will be provided.

Working Hours: This is a full-time permanent position.

**Role Overview**:
As a Driver/Valeter at U-Drive, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Bristol branch. This role combines driving responsibilities with vehicle valeting tasks, ensuring our rental vehicles are impeccably maintained and ready for customer use. Whether delivering vehicles to other branches or directly to customers, your meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to customer service will be paramount.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive, deliver, and/or collect vehicles to/from branches or customers as directed.
- Clean and valet a variety of vehicles according to U-Drive standards.
- Conduct end-of-hire vehicle checks for damage and report findings.
- Complete drivers' logs and sign in/out of branches.
- Perform Pre-Rental and Post-Rental Vehicle Inspections, reporting faults, damage, and un-roadworthiness.
- Park vehicles in designated areas based on their status.
- Assist customers by showcasing vehicles, explaining controls, discussing equipment, and fuel specifics.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Hold a full and clean UK driving license.
- Possess a positive "can do" attitude.
- Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels to provide excellent customer service.
- Work well within a team, demonstrating honesty and trustworthiness.
- Prioritize customers and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Respond promptly and courteously to queries and issues.
