**Base Location**: Cardiff, Reading or Perth

**Salary**: £33,945 - £39,463 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

**What is the Role?**

This is a key, lead role supporting the operations of the Smart Data & Innovation Team (‘SDIT’) and reports into the Team Manager to help manage Smart related data enquiries via Agile methodology.

It will play a significant part in monitoring, planning, and managing customer & smart meter related data enquiries which supports Business Energy’s Smart Mandate.
- Managing and quality checking Smart Data & Innovation Team backlog of work items.
- Maintaining key stakeholder engagement to ensure changes to Smart campaign priorities are appropriately challenged or supported.
- Leading the delivery of ongoing operational and development work.
- Empowering Smart Data & Innovation Team through relentless continual improvement and ensuring team capabilities and capacity are understood.
- Championing Agile within Smart Data & Innovation Team in accordance with SSE group policy, promoting internal and external collaboration.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Proactive and able to work independently, framing challenges, defining options, agreeing solutions and driving them to implementation
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with other team members and stakeholders
- Efficient time management and strong focus on outcomes to be able to manage multiple tasks and complex workload according to tight deadlines
- Extensive skills in MS Power Tools, MS Office & PowerPoint experience, including Power Automate and BI data visualisation skills to present insights and communicate clear and compelling messages resulting from operational reporting
- Basic level Agile certification, and working towards accredited Scrum Master or Agile Delivery qualifications
