**About The Role**

It's an exciting time at Inardua and following a period of growth we are looking for a Delivery Lead to ensure we continue delivering project excellence for our clients.

Successful engagement and delivery for our customers is the cornerstone of everything we do, and our Delivery Leads are responsible for facilitating this.

The role would suit someone who has successfully worked in a range of software/IT Projects, and ideally would be familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- you'll ensure implementation excellence by continually assessing and implementing those relevant methodologies and best practices to maintain the business’s production of best-in-class work.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Day-to-day Project Management
- Point of contact for a range of customers, acting as the interface between external stakeholders and our internal delivery resources (Consultants, Solution Engineers, Developers)
- Preparing and reviewing project reports, identifying projects at risk and recommending opportunities to improve efficiency
- Ensuring defined project processes are followed
- Liaising with client and other external stakeholders
- Pre-Sales Support
- Work with Consultants on initial Discovery calls and follow-ups
- Provide resource estimates for projects
- Assist with production of proposals and Statements of Work
- Line Management
- With the support of Head of Delivery, managing a number of the delivery team to include onboarding of new team members, one to ones and personal development
- Supporting the team with guidance, training recommendations, example-setting, motivation, troubleshooting assistance, performance feedback and project oversight

**About You**
- Experience working with a range of Software/IT Projects
- Experience using tools such as Jira/Confluence
- Ideally hold Scrum Master or other Agile Certifications
- Knowledge of CRM software (in-particular Salesforce)
- Time management and planning skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
