Choreograph create is a dynamic advertising platform built for WPP agencies, enabling brands to achieve better outcomes through the power of addressable, data driven creative. The create platform caters for the full end-to-end process of producing, activating, and measuring the success of dynamic advertising campaigns. This includes modular template creation, managing complex decisioning logic and the activation of campaigns through programmatic integrations.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for someone who can prioritise ruthlessly while able to communicate why these decisions are made in a dynamic environment.
- You are passionate about software engineering (extra points if you have ad-tech industry experience) and have experience leading teams to deliver high-quality software products. -You will support our foundation team maximising the value to achieve our company goals.
- You possess champion skills in Agile and Scrum best practices - and will confidently write epics/user stories based on real user needs;
- You will be responsible for the backlog of user stories/epics related to the foundation of our product. You will add, adjust and refine development tasks (with the help of your scrum team) to ensure the most valuable/secure/scalable product is shipped to customers.
- You will work closely with senior software engineers and UX specialists to ensure the product is developed in-line with user expectations and the product roadmap.
- You will participate in the POs guild, discussing the roadmap, creating presentations to internal stakeholders, and work closely with the Director of Software Engineering on upcoming hot technical topics;

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a scrum team.
- Create/present/discuss a roadmap with other POs and internal stakeholders based on customer and organizational requirements.
- Prioritise and communicate decisions that impact other scrum teams work.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**
- 3+ years of experience as Technical Product Owner.
- You have experience working as a software engineer and/or previous experience as a product owner in a similar team;
- High energy and passion for the job;
- Motivated, self-starter, self-reliant, resilient, and ambitious;
- Comfortable and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
