**Overview: Event Assistant (Agency Staff)**

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Event Staff to join us for an enchanting candlelight music event. As a member of our event team, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable and immersive experience for our guests, ensuring that every aspect of the event runs smoothly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup and preparation of the event venue, including arranging seating, placing candles, and ensuring proper lighting and ambiance. (up to 2000 candles)
- Set up of the venues may include moving items in venue.
- Meet and Greet of the guests on the door.
- Ticket Checking using a tablet.
- Ushering - guiding the guests to their seats as the rooms is split sections so having an idea of the venues is key.
- Knowing who the performers are and what music is being performed is also key.
- Knowledge of where the Bar/exits/toilets are.
- Maintaining clam atmosphere while the performers are performing.
- Clearing down after the concert is complete.
- All Black uniform.
- PERSONALITY IS KEY.

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects during events
- Problem-solving skills to address unexpected situations during events

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
