Waiter/ Bartender

We are looking for an experienced waiter to join our team. Our main focus at Heritage is hospitality and we have become a beacon of exceptional food and drink in West Sussex. We are looking for people with big personalities to join our amazing little team and help grow Heritage into one of the best destination restaurants in the UK. If you have experience working in pubs, restaurants or hotels and are eager to be a part of a small, independently run business with huge potential for growth then look no further. The main thing we look for is personality, rather than experience, so if you are passionate about your work, we can teach you the rest.

- Dedication to providing excellent hospitality.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Experience in high-end service ideal but not essential.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits and other beverages preferred, but not essential.

We are determined to create an enjoyable and rewarding working environment for our team. We take care to offer fair wages and all tips and service charge are split equally between our entire team. You are guaranteed two days off per week on a Monday & Tuesday but usually you will be working 4 days on, three days off as we do not open to the public on Wednesday.

- Hourly rate of up to £12 per hour.
- Equal share of all gratuities (Approx 8k Per Year)
