Bcssu Coordinator

We are looking for a Coordinator to join our Behavioural Change and Support Services Unit (BCSSU) and provide a comprehensive and effective administrative service to our team.

Our BCSSU delivers evidence-based and innovative interventions and services to individuals who, due to multiple or complex needs require specialist behaviour change treatment or holistic support. Our work within the criminal justice sector is not restricted to those who have a conviction, and our interventions take place remotely, in the community and in custodial settings.

We’ll need your excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you work alongside our internal and external stakeholders, supporting all aspects of our operational services. You’ll manage all administrative systems and processes plus undertake all required tracking, monitoring, and recording of participant information where necessary.

This is an excellent opportunity to promote positive change, the protection of victims and children, plus the development of pro-social behaviour through a multi-agency approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate information is gathered and stored effectively
- Ensure effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders, providing statistical information where required
- Attend meetings and take minutes ensuring all actions are followed up
- Coordinate the resources needed to run group and one-to-one interventions, including documentation and venue arrangement
