**Responsibilities for this Quality Manager will include**:

- Create a team of individuals to develop a Quality Management System and integrate the developments into the business.
- Source software that will allow us to track and record each products journey through the production process, whilst giving us real time data that we can use to improve quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (BS3632:2015) and keep abreast with changes in legislation.
- Monitor suppliers, ensuring compliance and work with the Procurement Team to conduct annual reviews.
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints, ensuring corrective and preventative actions are managed in the specified timescales.
- Monitor compliance to the correct standards through interaction with staff and conduct daily quality audits.
- Develop and establish the company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications, reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met.
- Create a Non-Conformance Process that we can use to manage and track any issues in build that requires changes to materials or processes, to ensure they are seen through fully.

**Experience for this Quality Manager role**:

- Previous significant experience of working in a Quality Management role.
- Quality Management qualifications
- Minimum 5 GCSE's grade 4 or above including Math’s & English (or equivalent).
- Full, clean UK Driving License.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Previous experience in a high-level customer focused role, understanding of customer needs and service delivery
- Experience of researching information for a specific requirement.
- Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
