**Classic Car Mechanic**

**Ramsgate**

**£15 - £17.50 per hour**

**Monday to Friday**

**Full Time Position**

We have partnered with a workshop based in Ramsgate who specialize in Jaguar but also restore any classic car from the 1940s - late 1990’s with the occasional modern car coming in for a service or minor repair.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform repairs and maintenance on classic cars, including engine work, transmission repairs, and electrical systems
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues with classic cars
- Communicate with customers to explain repair recommendations and provide estimates
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear as required

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic, with significant experience working on classic cars
- Strong knowledge of classic car mechanics, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
