Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer to join an organisation on a fixed term contract for 6 months to ensure performance standards and targets are achieved in relation to tenancy and management, anti-social behaviour,safeguarding and to monitor and report.

**Duties & Responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Officer**:

- Identify and manage low level breaches of tenancy
- Liaise with third party agencies including local authorities, police and support services
- Manage ASB
- Support the provision of an effective void, repairs and maintenance service

**Essential Requirements of the Neighbourhood Officer**:

- Enhanced DBS
- Full UK Driving Licence
