**Salary: G5 £23,194 - £26,845 per annum.**

**About the role**:

- Use your customer care abilities to support our care providers in accessing services to deliver our Adult Social Care agenda.
- To utilise appropriate systems to accurately record all interactions relating to purchasing, care packages.

**About you**:
This is a responsive team that supports the council’s commitment to vulnerable adults through efficient brokerage service.
- Experience of working in Health and/or Social Care, commissioning, contract, or brokerage environment or equivalent.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills, work with multiple information systems and manipulate data with confidence.
- Be confident in making critical decisions.
- Have the ability to work with mínimal supervision, work to deadlines, and prioritise workloads.
