A **Pastry Chef de Partie** position is available at a 4 star Country Spa, multi-outlet hotel, which has a busy dining operation focused on creating fresh, seasonal produce. In this role of Pastry Chef de Partie you will have a varied role preparingdesserts, pastry items and afternoon teas for the restaurant, bar and conference/functions rooms but may also be required to work on the larder section during busy periods. The menus offers dishes that keep up with the current food trends and your input willbe required when new menus are created. The hotel offers different dining options, including all day brassiere style, Asian, afternoon teas and relaxed dining. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie looking to work in a busy fresh foodenvironment in a refurbished, well equipped kitchen.

**Requirements**:
A Pastry Chef de Partie or a very strong Commis Pastry Chef is required to take on their role but the Head Chef will also consider CVs from Chef de Parties who have experience on pastry and larder. Previous experience working in a kitchen serving multipledining outlets where you were cooking with all fresh ingredients is essential.
