The role (full time):

- Within a team to assist with provision of complete professional advice on all aspects of estate management, with a specific focus on instigating and seeing through to completion, lease renewals and rent reviews across the TDA estate.
- To maximise value and income across the TDA estate.
- To ensure all assets are managed in accordance with commercial property laws, regulations and best practice issued by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

You will have attained an RICS accredited degree with a view to working towards attaining membership of the RICS, for which extensive support will be provided. Essential knowledge required includes:

- Knowledge and awareness of local, regional and national property markets across a range of property types
- Knowledge of valuation techniques.
- Knowledge and understanding of all property law, which would be applicable across a mixed portfolio.
- Good negotiation and communication skills
