**Position Overview**:
As a Brand Specialist at VIDA Clinics, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and memorable brand for our guests. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with external suppliers to create and execute company wide marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring market trends and consumer behaviour to inform brand decisions.
- Managing VIDA's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & X).
- Design and development of printed items.
- Researching to identify opportunities for brand growth and development.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including verifying medical information and collecting payments.
- Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendars to optimise clinic efficiency.
- Answer incoming calls and address inquiries or route calls to appropriate team members.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous social media experience, preferably in healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Apple products and electronic medical records systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
