**Job summary**:
We’re looking for an experienced Partnership Lead to join our busy team. Working on the Future Economy Programme, you will help turn the Government of Jersey’s strategic aims into delivery, and to secure the best possible long term outcomes for the Island and its residents. You will have a key role in helping us work across organisational boundaries in partnerships with our arm’s length organisations. The post is available as a 12 month fixed term contract or as a secondment opportunity.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to design our strategic approach for building and maintaining our engagement and relationships with others, and to lead and conduct research (e.g. interviews, facilitate workshops). As a small team it is important you are self-motivated, helpful with a curious mindset, keen to problem solve, and willing to work flexibly at speed. The role would suit someone with public sector or arm’s length organisations experience and proven practical experience of collaborating with partner.
