**Java Developer London / WFH to £95k+**

Opportunity for a skilled Java Developer / Software Engineer to join a global FinTech with complex, interesting work, continual learning and development opportunities plus a range of flexible benefits.

As a Java Developer you will join an Agile development team on a new MTF trading facility. You'll focus on serverside Java for real-time trading systems that require high throughput and low latency; taking technical ownership of projects across the fulldevelopment lifecycle. You'll collaborate with the wider team, project management and Front Office users and help to mentor more junior team members via technical leadership.

**WFH Policy**:
You'll join colleagues in the City based office two days a week (flexible start times), with the other three days work from home in a hybrid model; there's an upbeat team environment, casual dress code and a range of first class facilities.

**Requirements**:

- You have strong core Java design and development skills including multi-threading / concurrency
- You have experience of working on large, complex, distributed software systems with low latency and high throughput
- You have a good knowledge of CI/CD
- You have Agile development lifecycle experience e.g. Analysis, Design, Unit Testing and Release of Code
- You're keen to take ownership and happy to lead / mentor others
- You're collaborative with good communication skills, enjoy problem solving, sharing knowledge and continually improving
