Your new company
- Your new company has their two purpose-built distribution centres located in Andover has a team of just over 65 colleagues.
- They are working hard to improve their sustainability through eco initiatives to help save the planet as well as money whether that is by implementing solar panels on their warehouses or working with suppliers.
Your new role
- Your new role will require you to assist and advise all online and contract customers on any Service enquiry or issue they may need support with.
- To monitor and progress online and contracts orders, acting as necessary to ensure Contracts, Agency Guidelines, CIH processes and the CIH Customer Care Policy guidelines and timelines are always met.
- To be aware of and always adhere to Customer Care processes.
- To ensure processes are up to date and accurate at all times.
- To deal with any complaints in line with the Customer Care Process Incident and Complaint Handling Policy, ensure all details of complaints are logged in tickets in Hybris and on the Customer Care Complaints Log, and are resolved or escalated as appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working with customers (either face to face or telephone) (previous retail experience welcomed)
- Any type of office experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Demonstrate experience of data gathering to resolve issues and complaints, working from first point of contact to resolution.
What you'll get in return
- £21,600 PA

- Early finish Fridays 2pm finish on alternative Fridays
