**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Thai Massage Therapist who excels not only in the art of traditional Thai massage but also has exceptional receptionist capabilities. This unique role involves seamlessly blending the responsibilities of delivering rejuvenating Thai massages with managing front desk operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Thai Massage Therapy**:

- Perform authentic Thai massages tailored to clients' needs, incorporating traditional techniques and therapeutic practices.
- Ensure a serene and comfortable environment for clients throughout the massage experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

**Reception and Customer Service**:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
- Manage appointments, reservations, and walk-ins efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services.
- Process payments, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Attend to client needs and address any concerns or inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude.

**Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization**:

- Keep massage rooms and reception area tidy and organized.
- Ensure that all massage equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and stocked.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and inviting spa environment.

**Promoting Services**:

- Actively promote additional services, packages, or promotions to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide information on the benefits of Thai massage and other spa services.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified and experienced in Thai massage techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented and attentive to clients' needs.
- Proficient in English.
- Basic computer skills for handling reservations and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Valid certification in Thai massage therapy.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Previous experience in a dual role as a massage therapist and receptionist is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
