Mixer

Responsible for the accurate creation & mixing of all manufactured products for all production lines in line with agreed legislative process.
- Responsibility for the creation & mixing of all manufactured products.
- Ability to work safely with blending of chemicals using required PPE.
- Awareness & adherence to strict legislative & defined mixing guidelines ensuring required quantities are measured or weighed to exact needs.
- Creation of mixes aligned to BMI template to determine quantities in line with the Production Plan.
- Work with QC team to ensure batches are signed off prior to being supplied to production lines.
- Proactive approach to ensuring mixes are made ahead of requirement & preparation for shift change/weekends.
- Supporting production team to provide timely mixes in line with the plan to prevent any 'downtime'.
- Safe storage & supplier of chemicals & mixers to all parts of the production & warehouse areas.
- Facilitate good's in process for the receipt of raw materials, chemicals & water to be stored safely.
- in conjunction with the warehouse team ensure empty of returned storage units are managed efficiently to maintain safety & standards.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Mixing: 1 year (preferred)
