Immediately Required

**Location**: Surrey

**Length of Contract**: Permanent

**Salary**: £75,000-80,000 per annum + excellent company benefits

**Day to day duties**:

- Identify and appraise new properties to ensure the company has a high range of high quality accommodation for their clients
- Lead the property maintenance service and strategy, delivery, performance management and quality assurance for responsive, cyclical and major repairs
- Lead on property compliance ensuring all legislation and best requirements are met
- Working with external consultants to project manage developments
- Ensure all aspects of housing management are compliance with good practice
- Lead on all environmental and sustainability initiatives for the organisation
- Prepare tender documentation and manage the tender process in line with financial regulations
- Ensure all projects incorporate advancements in building design, accessibility and assistive technology

**Essential Skills**
- Must of worked at a senior level in asset and development role, reporting directly to board or senior committee members
- Working knowledge of property compliance
- Experience managing cyclical and reactive maintenance programmes
