Sales and Client Relations

**Job Title**: Sales and Client Relations - Japanese speaker #21569
**Status**: Permanent
**Location**: Luxembourg

**The Investment Management member will;**
- Support entire cycle from sourcing of potential investors to contract closing and investment related operations: i.e. marketing activities, closing agreement, investment operation setting-up, monitoring outsourced entities, and client reporting
- Support creating marketing materials
- Conduct basic anti-money laundering (AML) / know your customer (KYC) checks
- Conduct basic research of investors, financial markets, and economies
- Prepare several reports to the clients
- Provide administrative support and complete all requested control checklists

**Required Experience**:

- Professional level of written and spoken skill in English and fluency in Japanese
- Previous business experience, especially in financial industry is preferred
- Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

**Not mandatory but better to have the followings**:

- Bachelor in Economics, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of finance or investment
- Capability to handle diverse range of complex tasks based on analytical and problem-solving mind
- Ability of in-depth analysis and search for continued improvement requiring the evaluation of unusual problems, with constant focus on quality, efficiency and client service
- Ability of negotiation
- Deep knowledge of internal/external clients and/or development of networking
- Capability to coordinate various resources for mid-term complex projects and tasks
- Constant mind of team player with high level of flexibility
