The role will support the existing team in providing exceptional customer service to all customers. The successful person will interact with customers, assist in the preparation of vehicles, opening rental agreements and assisting in general enquiries.

The right person will also assist the existing team in other daily tasks such as account enquires, fleet management and vehicle deliveries.

**Duties to include**:

- Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Dealing with walk in customers face to face and via the telephone
- Handling vehicle reservations
- Calculating quotations for customers
- Opening and closing rental agreements
- Checking vehicles before and after rental
- Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
- Upselling products in line with customer requirements
- Conducting daily fleet checks/stock availability
- General administration
- Have previous customer service and/or administrative experience
- Sound I.T skills
- Be flexible, organised and able to prioritise
- The ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 months of customer service related experience
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions with confidence
- Ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be fully authorized to work in the UK
- Must have a Full Valid UK Drivers Licence with no more than 6 points

**Salary**: From £25,670.00 per year
