**About the Role**:
**Base Location**: Perth, Glasgow and Inverness

**Salary**: £62,324 - £71,370 and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

**Working Pattern**: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

**Key responsibilities for this role will include**:

- Take accountability for the diagnosing and resolution of incidents and problems as well as delegate and guide other team members as appropriate through knowledge transfer, one to one workshops and mentoring.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by governing the validation and verification of technical output through QA and test processes.
- Take accountability for the completion of tasks required for the effective management of red alert, incident and problem management processes.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Excellent functional and business awareness to become an effective technical support to functional analysts and developers.
- Excellent analysis capability and extensive design experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to take ownership of problems and requests as well as the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
- A systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving with the ability to prioritise own workload within demanding schedules.
- Fully understand and lead the roles for change control and acceptance testing within the delivery and support environments and lead the acceptance process for the team.
- Fully conversant with Agile and DevOps development methodology and concepts.
