Claims Processor

**Accident Claims Handlers** is looking for a **Claims Processor** to join our team in Hambrook, Bristol. We are a small, but busy team and therefore require someone to join us who is enthusiastic and proactive in all that they do.

We are looking for someone to join us as soon as possible.
- Full time position
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 - 17:00 with one hour for lunch
- Office based
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays

Having your own car is advantageous as public transport opportunities are scarce.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process claims by reviewing and verifying information
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of claim documentation
- Enter claim data into the system accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with insurers, clients and third parties to obtain missing information or clarify details
- Maintain organised records of claims and related documents
- Follow company policies and procedures for claims processing

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

As a Claims Processor, you will be responsible for accurately processing claims.

Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of claims.

You will work closely with insurance providers, clients and third parties to gather necessary information and resolve any issues that may arise.

Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred, as well as strong computer skills and the ability to work independently.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
