Picker Packer

We are recruiting for a Quality Controller and Order Packer to join a UK manufacturer near Wincanton, Somerset.

The hours for this job are 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday and there are longer term opportunities available for successful people.

As a Quality Controller and Order Packer you will work with the production team to ensure that all orders are picked, quality checked accurately and dispatched on time.

Your tasks will include packing, operating the bagging machine, stock control, online dispatch processing and courier bookings as well as quality control of orders and warehouse areas.

The right person for this job will have a great eye for detail to notice quality issues, knowledge of quality and health and safety standards and prioritise customer satisfaction.

The company will train you on all machines and processes used and provide full training on internal ICT systems. As such you should enjoy learning new skills and be committed to your training.

You will be working in a friendly environment, close to the town’s amenities.
