Surveillance Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and observant individual to join our team as a Surveillance Operator. As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and recording activities within our facility to ensure the safety and security of our premises.

**Duties**:

- Monitor surveillance cameras and observe activities in real-time
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and activities
- Report any suspicious or unauthorized behavior to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with security team members to respond to incidents or emergencies
- Operate and maintain surveillance equipment, ensuring its proper functioning
- Review recorded footage as needed for investigations or evidence gathering
- Follow established protocols and procedures for surveillance operations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus for extended periods of time
- Excellent observation and analytical skills
- Proficient in using computer software
- Familiarity with security protocols and procedures
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Please note that this position will require working in shifts, including nights and weekends. 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off.

Pay: £24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
