**Main Responsibilities of a Office Administrator**
- Assist with the day to day running of an office, meet and greet visitors, filing, attending meetings and minute taking, some auditing, ordering stationary, upkeep of existing filing systems.
- Answering and redirecting calls as needed with completed notes onto our monitoring system.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and carers based on trust, respect and honesty.
- Support team meetings and production of minutes
- Support with holiday acceptance and documentation
- Report any incidents/accidents or concerns in a timely manner through our internal recording system.
- Complete any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as requested by the Registered Manager

**Salary**: Up to £19,000.00 per year
