Manufacturing Quality Inspector

Fusion Resources are currently looking for an inspector to join our client in the Scarborough area.

The main purpose of the job is too ensure customer requirements are being achieved by conducting all inspections of manufactured components, assemblies and finished components within the department.

MAIN TASKS OF JOB:

- Responsible for the inspection support to manufacturing and goods inward, as required.
- Inspection of manufactured components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
- Inspection within all areas of the Department
- To analyse defects and assist in the implementing root cause analysis with a view to resolve the Inspection using all the necessary equipment within the department.
- Understand the Quality Procedures and the need to comply with all aspects of the procedures. Investigate deviations from the procedures and take remedial action making recommendations for system improvements to ensure there are no re-occurrences.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all records/reports.
- Comply with all aspects of Health and Safety within the department. Ensure company safety policy/manual is adhered to. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping within the department.
- Maintain acceptable standards of behaviour, attendance, time-keeping etc. Comply with all the company regulations as set out in the Employee Handbook, Quality Manual, Work Instructions.
- Any other duty as directed by management.

Mon-Thurs: 7.00am - 3.30pm
Fri: 7am - 2.30pm

£11.80 an hour.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
