Foh Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking professional, friendly and customer-oriented bar/ waiting staff to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their experience is enjoyable. **Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests in a frendly mannor
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Upsell additional items, such as desserts or specialty drinks
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished dining
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with other staff to provide exceptional customer service

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of pub/ restaurant operations and basic culinary service
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £8.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 45 per week
