Part qualified ACCA ACA audit accounts senior AAT qualified accountancy practice Eastleigh Southampton
You will be working for a well-established multi-office accountancy practice working predominantly out of their Eastleigh office.
Working in the Audit/Accounts department as part of a team, reporting to the Managers, and responsibilities will include preparation of accounts using IRIS software within specified budgets and passing to manager to review; clearing reviews and finalising accountsincluding checking disclosures in Limited Company Accounts; preparation of Corporation Tax computations including capital allowances; leading audits and auditing as part of a team; statutory work for clients and undertaking ad hoc work for clients as needed.
It is likely that you will be qualified AAT and/or studying towards ACCA or ACA qualification ideally with some audit experience as well as experience in all areas of accounts preparation using computerised systems. You will have experience of working in asmall to medium sized practice and will ideally have a good understanding of Xero, IRIS and SAGE software.
You will be an effective communicator, be self-motivated, quick thinking, and keen to show initiative, and a good team player with ability to lead and train junior members of staff. You will be well-presented and be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skillswith staff and clients alike.
