- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and forecasts.
- Drive financial strategy and planning within the team.
- Manage and develop the team to ensure effective financial control and decision-making.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Commercial Finance Business Partner should have:

- A strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership skills to guide and motivate a team.
- Superior analytical abilities to drive financial decision-making.
- The ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- The ability to manage a high volume of work under strict deadlines
