**Bancon Homes **(a Bancon Group company) have an opening for an experienced **New Homes Sales Consultant** to join their busy Sales Team providing support across various developments (Aberdeen City or Aberdeenshire). It is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral part in a growing team and company.

Key responsibilities:

- Negotiate deals on Bancon Homes new build properties
- Qualify all leads and refer to Bancon Homes specialist Mortgage Advisor
- Complete reservation and pre-contract meetings, and provide new home demonstrations
- Keep client up to date with progress on their plot and development
- Make client aware of key dates and estimated entry dates
- Offer client a smooth handover process adhering to company procedures
- Maintain customer database ensuring all relevant information is collated
- Maintain sales and promotional materials

Skills and experience required:

- Previous sales negotiation experience
- Customer service experience
- Strong administration, organisation, and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Full-time or part-time working hours will be considered.
