Medical Receptionist

Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way
- Provide general assistance to the practice team
- Project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors
- Liaise effectively with healthcare organisations in primary & secondary care
- Accurately record and relay information
- Assist with document management and workflow

**Experience**:

- GP Surgery: 1 year (preferred)
- EMIS Web Clinical System: 1 year (preferred)
