Salary Range**:£34,000 - £44,000 Depending on experience**

Reporting directly to the Broker Marketing Manager, our Marketing Specialist needs to be project driven, methodical and preferably come from an inhouse marketing background, if are looking to join a dynamic and fast paced environment. This role may justbe for you.
**Here are some of the accountabilities of the Marketing Specialist role**:

- Develop and implement key elements of the annual marketing plan to time and to budget.
- Work closely with another Marketing Specialist, creating specific campaigns to promote Ageas's broker products and services.
- Ensure the delivery of frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all relevant and available media.
- Work closely with the CRM Executive to maximise the use of the channel CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) within marketing campaigns, utilising the CRM's campaign automation capabilities.
- Analyse campaign tracking data and other analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of, and improve, campaigns and communications to maximise impact across the channel.
- With support from relevant agencies where appropriate, continually produce channel relevant, high-quality and high-impact content.
- Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation's goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.

**To be successful in being considered for the Marketing Specialist role you will need the following knowledge, skills and experience**:

- Proven delivery of effective integrated marketing communication campaigns ideally in a B2B and/or introducer led sales environment.
- Experience with website content management systems and website UX development.
- Experience with website analytical tools e.g. Google Analytics
- Marketing or communication experience within the Financial Services industry is desirable,
- A reliable, organised, self-starter able to work effectively with mínimal direction.
- A highly effective communicator, exhibiting good questioning and listening skills are essential for this role. Able to tailor communications to stakeholders at different levels and effectively present technical information.
- Excellent working knowledge of the main social networking sites and a passion for social media is essential. Ability to plan and promote content that engages and grows a community is vital.
- Project management: strong project management skills are essential.
- Demonstrable ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, including effective budgetary management.
