This is a fantastic new opportunity for an M365 Engineer/Service Specialist focusing on SharePoint Online and File Server migrations to join our expanding IT team in an exciting phase of growth and investment in IT across our 3000 strong business.

**M365 Engineer Responsibilities**:

- Technical Management of O365 Exchange Online including third party products i.e. DMARC, DKIM, SPF
- Technical Management of Teams Telephony including assisting of Live Events.
- Providing a support service for users receiving Incidents and Work Requests from Service Desk.
- Escalating issues to vendors and managing tickets to resolution
- Maintaining uptime by pro-active management and monitoring to ensure environment health, and minimise disruptions to mail-flow
- Ensuring awareness of and support adoption of M365 roadmap and new tools and capabilities and potential use within SS-PLC
- Assisting with management of all M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power-BI, Power Automate, Stream etc.).
- Accountable for Azure Active Directory Synch services, performing monitoring and support of that process and Conditional Access policies
- Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
- Designing, developing and deploying modular cloud-based systems.
- Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security.
- Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
- Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.

**M365 Engineer Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of O365 Exchange Online.
- Excellent Knowledge of SharePoint Online
- Excellent understanding of eDiscovery, EOP and ATP.
- Experience of using M365 Security and Compliance portal
- Experience in Azure Active Directory Synchronisation processes. (joining machines, policy administrator, InTune Management)
- Strong knowledge of PowerShell Scripting and other scripting languages
- Strong knowledge of Office Applications: Outlook, OneNote, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and their integration points with SharePoint Online
- Experience, Knowledge of cloud technologies, Azure,
- Awareness of Power Platforms
- Experience of dealing with incident, problem and change management processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with a customer service orientation.
- Degree in computer science or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of cloud computing.
- Azure / MS certifications preferred.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Client management skills.
