**Retail Supervisor**who has excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills is required for a well-established company based in Stansted Airport.

**SALARY**:£23,296 per annum + £300 Retention Bonus (after 9-months service) + Birthday Leave + 29 Days Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays), which increases with length of service + Company Sick Pay + Employee Referral Programme

**LOCATION**: Stansted Airport (Stansted, Uttlesford, Essex)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Retail Supervisor who has excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills.

As the Retail Supervisor you will work alongside the Airport Management Team and will be fully responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and maintaining organisational standards of the company’s multi-service offering at Stansted Airport.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as the Retail Supervisor include:

- Take responsibility for all procedures and implement business objectives, communicating them effectively to the team
- Gain excellent working knowledge of the company’s multi service portfolio at Stansted Airport
- Ensure that the lost property items of passengers are stored safely, securely, and accurately in accordance with the company’s policy and practise
- Ensure that the Lost Property department is well-organised and that accurate records are kept
- Connect with the team to provide solutions and create the best customer experience
- In the absence of airport management team, support with the overall Stansted Airport services from time to time
- Develop an in-depth understanding of team capabilities, as well as the ability to provide on-the-job training to increase productivity

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous Retail Supervisor experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment
