**Job Title: Warehouse Sales / Relief HGV Driver**

**Location: Birtley**

**About the role of Warehouse Sales / Relief HGV Driver at JT Dove**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the team at our Stockton branch, working across the warehouse and busy yard area.

**The main duties for this role include**:

- Keeping the yard and working areas clean and tidy.
- Attending to customers with an efficient and courteous service
- Handling incoming goods in a positive and efficient manner
- Assisting in the correct and secure loading of vehicles
- Locating stock correctly
- Helping customers with sales queries and collecting orders
- Being confident dealing with large volumes of deliveries and stock movement
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Providing cover as a relief driver to complete customer deliveries.
- Previous relevant experience, ideally from a merchant background.
- Experience with multi-drop deliveries.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to work in a busy and varied role.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Forklift truck licence, although full training can be provided.
- Class 2 HGV licence with CPC, to provide cover as a relief driver.
- HIAB experience (preferable).

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07.30am to 5.00pm plus alternate Saturdays 08.00am to 12.00pm.
