Property Agent

Louise Oliver Properties are looking for a hungry and dynamic individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for any career minded sales person to further their own career within an established agency.

To be considered, the ideal individual must have the following:

- Previous property experience;
- Full UK Driving License
- Proven track record of being a top performer;

- Passion for selling houses;

- Hungry for success, must thrive at delivering consistently high standards under pressure;
- Professional, well spoken & presented.

You will be working Monday - Fridays, with alternating Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Professionally handling incoming enquiries and qualifying applicants on budget, location, and other requirements;
- Arranging and conducting viewings with buyers based on their specific needs;
- Taking on new instructions and communicating our terms of business.
- Receiving offers from prospective buyers, liaising with vendors, facilitating the smooth transaction between purchaser and vendor
- Advertising new properties online and within the in-house software

Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
