**The Role**:
We are looking for a result-driven SEO executive to be responsible for developing optimised web content. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to achieve our SEO objectives, measuring the success of SEO and ROI, and assisting with the maintenance of the websites across “Needham Laser Tech” and “Needham ink Tech” to improve user friendliness, organic reach and conversion.

To be successful as an SEO executive, you should have strong copywriting and analytical skills, knowledge of coding techniques, and a commitment to constantly improving on key skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving our website's search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including optimising website content, meta tags, and link building.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, search engine rankings, and other key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that is optimised for search engines and engages our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure that our SEO strategies remain effective and in compliance with search engine guidelines.
- Collaborate with other members of the digital marketing team to ensure that our SEO strategies align with our overall marketing objectives.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimisation, keyword research, and link building.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in SEO and digital marketing.
