Residential Conveyancer

Our well established client is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their Property team.

The role is based in the Witney office and would suit a dynamic and enthusiastic lawyer who

is keen to take the next step in their career within a friendly and supportive environment.

**The person appointed will**:

- Be qualified with experience in the field of residential conveyancing (Solicitor or
CILEX);
- Be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a
mixed residential property conveyancing caseload, with supervision where
necessary;
- Be able to work independently but also with the other members in the Team;
- Be fully engaged with the firm’s marketing strategy.

**Essential Skills**:
The appointed person must:

- Demonstrate dedicated training and experience in residential conveyancing;
- Display excellent organisational skills;
- Have experience of managing a large caseload;
- Possess a commercial and creative mindset;
- Display a proven ability of working to deadlines;
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Have good IT skills, preferably with experience on case management systems;]

Your experience will have been acquired at a national, regional or local firm where you have
been involved in good quality work covering all aspects of conveyancing Law, particularly
Residential work.

The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate their drive and enthusiasm in order
to develop their career.

You will be a team player, prepared to work with more senior members of the department
and to assist with the ongoing successful development of Residential conveyancing.
You must have confidence to network in order to build and maintain strong relationships with
clients and professional contacts.

Experience: NQ - 10 Years PQE
