Customer Service Call Handler

As a fast-growing company, there is always the potential for promotions within the team.
We are hiring for part-time role. This role will be based in our office in Shrewsbury.
**Your day-to day role will include**:
- Bringing enthusiasm and positivity to the team and our customers.
- Talking to our customers over the phone, dealing with incoming enquiries and operating our live chat.
- Involvement in retention activities, which involves calling customers to see how they are getting on with their first order and offering support.
- Communicating quickly and effectively with other teams to ensure the best service is given.
- Referring customers to our vet and nutritionist.
- Provide feedback to the relevant team, in order to create a bright future for the company
**You will need to be**
- Bubbly and friendly person who can relay their positivity to the customer
- Compassionate and understanding - be a good listener
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate dog lover
- Able to work the occasional weekend and evenings
- Confident in IT and using systems
- Hardworking and team player
- Previous experience in customer service
