Maintenance/handyman Multitrader

**Family run maintenance company** offering maintenance services to residential properties on behalf of Letting agencies and landlords. Completing all works to the highest spec.

Looking for a diligent and conscientious contractor to join our growing team. You should be able to think on your feet and adapt to changing scenarios, as well as being a team player to fit in with our family ethos.

You should be competent in all trades.

**Handyperson/Multi-trader**:
You should have experience in all areas of household maintenance and be able to carry out works to good standard.

Carry out domestic household maintenance; siliconing, re-grouting, erect fences, install blinds, change taps, replace sockets/switches, fixing door handles and broken furniture plus more.

Will carry out between multiple jobs per day.

Covering all over London within the M25.

**Must have own Van/Vehicle & Tools.**

**-Vehicle allowance paid.**

**-Congestion charges and parking paid.**

Able to use handheld device to receive schedule and carry out job reports.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £150.00 per day
