**Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our team. You will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality photos & videos for our properties. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to our company's visual content.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Take professional photography and videography**:

- Take high end photos and videos in a format that is presentable for Rightmove, Zoopla and social media.
- **Short-form video content**:

- Create and edit video content that captures key details of properties, adding value and boosting audience engagement through the use of Instagram reels, Tik-Tok and Youtube shorts.
- **Create Professional Graphics**:

- using Adobe Create Suite and Canva, produce still and animated graphics for marketing ad campaigns, website improvements and Youtube/Instagram covers, promotional offers.
- **Campaign performance & evaluation of success**:

- be hands on with this initiative and produce measurable metrics and data to analyse content performance and make recommendations for improvements on future marketing projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe and Canva
- Strong knowledge of photography principles and techniques
- Be competent in social media platforms such as Instagram & Tik-Tok
- Provide flexibility
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clean driving licence
