Blending Operator

Based in Avonmouth, Plant-Ex ingredients in an international company specialising in the manufacture of Natural Food Ingredient Solutions, supplying across the globe either directly through our own facilities or through a number of selected distribution partners.
We specialise in spray drying food colourings and flavours as well as production of liquid food colours, flavours and extracts.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our blending team
The blending team are responsible for loading different powdered ingredients into blending machines and then unloading them through a sieve into bags. This is a physically demanding role which will involve lifting 25KG bags during loading and unloading.
This position is Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
You will be involved in all the aspects of the operating role, and we provide full training. We are looking for driven people who want to get involved and succeed in our fast-paced and growing company.
You need to be physically fit and be able to lift 25kg comfortably.
FLT licence would be an advantage but not necessary.

Starting salary between £23000 and £26,000 (depending on experience), this is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview.
