**Are you an experienced prepper, looking for a new opportunity?**

We are currently recruiting for a panel prepper to join a specialist project for one of our luxurious clients in St Athan Barry.

**The opportunity**:

- Rework/rectification on pre painted panels to specification
- Prepping

**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Thorough Panel/Part Inspection. (Quality Background)
- Reworking of Plastic Panels (Bumpers/Fenders/Spoilers/Tailgates - General Body repairs on un-painted vehicles)
- Scuffing panels using different grit paper.
- Filling Pin Holes by using nominated filler.
- Cleaning/Wiping down the vehicle after rework is carried out to remove all dust particles.
- Filling out paperwork for each body inspected/reworked (Logging all details of rework/issue/build number etc )
- Working closely with the production team in the Bodyshop and also the quality team to feedback issues found each day.
- The chosen tech will be asked to take images every now and then of the issues found so that the quality team can share with the suppliers.
- Strong experience and understanding of prepping is essential minimum of 1 years’ experience required
- Happy to work in Body in White(BIW)
- Experience within an Automotive industry is essential.

**Job Type**: Contract

Duration (if contract):6 Months

**Salary**: £20.00 per hour Inside IR35
