With a clear focus on delivering excellence, you will ensure effective leadership is in place throughout the Academy and continue to raise standards. By delivering a broad and challenging curriculum, you will enable every child to reach or exceed their potential.

You will need the tenacity and integrity to deliver outstanding performance in our academies and the ability to communicate a vision that inspires, motivates and enthuses staff, children and the community as a whole.

- A proven record of successful leadership at senior or middle level.
- Excellence in the classroom, leading and development of colleagues at all levels.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with the whole academy.

- The interpersonal skills necessary to inspire others to ensure whole school commitment and enthusiasm.
- Work alongside the principal and vice principals, to ensure the safeguarding of all pupils, and that the safety and wellbeing of pupils and staff is promoted and maintained at all times.
